AI supports the work. People guide it.

My True Sage, LLC creates media, publications, and educational resources about AI, work, strategy, and human capability. We use AI to help develop our content, resources, and website, with human review guiding the final work.

That review matters, but AI-assisted material can still contain errors. Check important information before relying on it, especially when the stakes are high.

Recommendations come with context.

If we include an affiliate link, we may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through it. We identify affiliate relationships and paid partnerships alongside the relevant recommendation or link. Mentioning a product doesn’t automatically mean we have a paid relationship with its provider.

This page gives you the overview. The relevant recommendation or link also carries its own disclosure.

What’s available now, and what’s still ahead.

Resources described as planned or in development aren’t available yet. Right now, this site shares information and welcomes newsletter signups and inquiries. We don’t offer paid checkout or course enrollment here. Third-party tools have their own terms and charges.

Our content doesn’t guarantee savings, income, employment, or any particular outcome. Your circumstances matter.

When you join the newsletter.

When you sign up, your email address and subscription status are stored in Squarespace Contacts. We use them to manage the list and provide the updates you request when newsletter sending begins.

You’ll see a confirmation on the page after signing up. No automated welcome email is currently being sent.

When you contact us.

When you email us, we use your email address and the information you choose to share to respond. Messages are handled through hello@mytruesage.com, our Google Workspace mailbox, and may remain in our email records.

Please keep passwords, payment-card details, and other sensitive information out of your message.

The services that help run this site.

Squarespace provides our hosting, forms, contact-management features, and analytics. Technical information associated with a visit can include your IP address, browser or device information, and the pages you visit or your activity on the site.

Squarespace Analytics activity logging is enabled to help us understand site use and maintain the website. Squarespace also processes information for its own purposes, including service security. You can read its Privacy Policy at https://www.squarespace.com/privacy.

We use Google Search Console to understand how the site appears in Google Search. The newsletter form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam. Google also provides our business email service. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply:

We review requests in light of applicable requirements and any records that need to be retained. If you’d like to know how long a particular record is kept, contact the same address. Marketing emails, when introduced, will include an unsubscribe option. Rights and applicable requirements can vary by location.

DIGITAL PURCHASES

Know what to expect before you buy.

Paid checkout is not open yet. The policies below will apply to purchases of our digital book bundle and toolkit when they become available.

Refunds and help with your purchase.

Take a moment to review the contents and file requirements before buying. Once access to the digital files has been provided, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If a file does not arrive, a supplied file is faulty, or you believe you were charged twice for the same order, email hello@mytruesage.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. We’ll help restore access, correct the problem or duplicate charge, and provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Please keep passwords, payment-card details and private records out of your message.

This policy does not limit cancellation rights or other consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Those rights can vary by location.

How you can use the materials.

When you buy The Next Honest Step bundle, you may read, print and make working copies for your own use. Please do not redistribute or resell the supplied files. For permission to share copies with a group or class, contact hello@mytruesage.com.

For the AI Cost Reduction Toolkit, you may adapt prompts and templates for your own business. Do not resell or distribute the toolkit files as standalone products. These permissions do not limit uses allowed by law.
